ReverseAll PCOD Screening – Comprehensive
A physician-curated hormone and metabolic work-up to evaluate suspected PCOD/PCOS, cycle irregularity, acne/hair changes, weight concerns, and fertility planning—so treatment can be targeted, not trial-and-error. This comprehensive test panel is designed for women experiencing symptoms of PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disorder). It evaluates hormone balance, thyroid function, and insulin levels for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Detailed hormonal and metabolic assessment
- Detects PCOD and related endocrine issues
- Helps tailor lifestyle and treatment plans
What’s Included
What you should know before taking Saxenda.
- LH:FSH Ratio - In early follicular phase, ratio > ~2:1 may support PCOS (interpret with clinical context; not diagnostic by itself).
- C-Reactive Protein (CRP) - Marker of low-grade inflammation, common in metabolic syndrome/PCOS.
- HbA1c - 3-month average glucose—flags prediabetes/diabetes risk.
- Insulin – Random - Snapshot of insulin exposure; helpful screening for hyperinsulinaemia (offer fasting insulin + glucose add-on for HOMA-IR).
- TFT (Thyroid Function Test) - to rule out thyroid dysfunction that can mimic or worsen PCOS symptoms.
- Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) - Ovarian reserve marker; often elevated in PCOS and helpful in fertility planning.
- DHEAS (Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulphate) - Adrenal androgen—helps distinguish ovarian vs adrenal sources of androgen excess.
- Prolactin - High levels can disrupt ovulation and cycles.
- SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) - Low SHBG increases bioavailable androgens; insulin resistance commonly lowers SHBG.
- Testosterone – Total Core androgen marker for acne, hirsutism, scalp hair thinning.
- CBC with ESR - Screens anaemia/infection; ESR reflects non-specific inflammation.
